Min Choi

Hi, My name is Min.

I am a passionate fashion designer and illustrator. I admire fashion because I suppose it is the most visible and the ultimate source to portray our culture. Fashion defines what an individual or society believes is and should be attractive, stylish, desired, and emulated. I began designing apparels when I started my academic career in Mt. SAC, majoring Fashion Design and Merchandising. I have designed many looks from sport-wear to formal-wear utilizing skills learned including draping and pattern-making. In summer 2012,

I worked as an intern in technical design department in apparel manufacturing company, Kellwood. During the internship I was able to look close on how the garment industry regulates. This experience in Kellwood let me be even more passionate in fashion industry. In February 2013, I was invited for designing a collection for Fashion Show Luminosity in Cal Poly Pomona.
